To achieve significant percentage drop in HIV/AIDS prevalence among the youths population in the State.

To train the youths in leadership skills that gears towards social-economic transformation programme of the State.
Internally Generated Revenue (IGR)
To increase the Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) for the State.
Youth Engagement
To positively engage the youths in order to channel their energy into productive use/re-orientation.
Co-operatives Societies
To encourage youth groups and organizations to form registered Co-operatives societies in order to have access to Micro Finance on completion of skill training.
Physical Infrastructure
To improve on the physical infrastructure facilities being managed by the Agency for Youth Development.
